Procedure for distance learning courses
Your teacher will send you an invitation to log in by email 24 hours before the course starts. If you have not received anything, please contact the secretariat.
A wired internet connection is ideal, but if you prefer to connect via wifi, it’s advisable to position yourself close to the internet terminal/box.
We’ve planned to use the webcam so that the trainer and learners can all see each other (a question of user-friendliness), but if you can’t activate your webcam, that’s okay. And if you’re using the webcam, we don’t recommend wallpapers, which may be very original but use up a lot of bandwidth.
If possible, isolate yourself in a quiet place. Equip yourself with headphones or earphones with microphone. Once connected, mute your microphone to limit background noise and turn it on when you want to speak.

We strongly recommend that you use a laptop computer or
which will give you access to all the features of the virtual room. Access via cell phone or tablet is possible, but not suitable for a highly interactive session like this one, as you won’t have access to all the features.
These functions will require the use of your keyboard (all the more reason to equip yourself with a headset to keep your hands free).
We open the session 5 minutes before startup. Don’t hesitate to log in to check that everything is running smoothly, to ensure a smooth start-up.
After the session, we’ll give you access to the session materials.
The resources you use in your module must comply with the law.
when they are not free of copyright, that you do not have the right to use them. All media included in your module (image, sound, video, screenshot of a manual….) must not be distributed.

This will depend on you and your motivation. If you wish, your trainer can give you some personal work to do. If you don’t have any free time, we won’t increase your workload. It goes without saying that for best results, you need to review your notes and lessons at every lesson to memorize as much as possible.
