
C2 Proficiency is our most advanced qualification. It indicates that you have reached an extremely high level of English, corresponding to level C2 on the CEFR scale.
This high-level exam proves that you have an exceptional command of English, and can communicate fluently and accurately with a native speaker.
With C2 Proficiency, you can enter the most prestigious universities and companies in France and abroad.
Exam format
C2 Proficiency is made up of four tests developed to test your English skills.
Here is an overview of the content of the various tests:

The scores given for each skill and the overall score are aligned with the Cambridge English Scale.
The first reading comprehension and Use of English test is scored twice: once for the reading comprehension section and once for the Use of English section.
Your overall performance will be calculated by averaging your scores in reading, listening, writing, speaking and Use of English.
The coefficients for each of the four skills and Use of English are equal.
