Their role has not fundamentally changed, and these state-approved entities still support companies with fewer than 50 employees (VSEs and SMEs) in the professional training of their staff, but with broader missions and a more comprehensive approach.<\/p>\n<p>In this way, a company can apply to its local OPCO to have all or part of its employees&#8217; training costs covered, so that they can upgrade their skills and progress in their jobs, or even change professions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"content-block content-block--no-padding-bottom content-block--no-padding-top content-block--max-width\">\n<div class=\"content-block__inner\">\n<div class=\"content-block__content\">\n<h2>What types of training does OPCO finance?<\/h2>\n<p>OPCOs are able to finance training courses leading to diplomas, qualifications or certifications, registered with the RNCP (R\u00e9pertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles). The first step is to contact the Op\u00e9rateur de Comp\u00e9tences with which it is affiliated.
